The maximum age allowed for renting is 75 years.
It's possible to lower the minimum age to 21 years by paying an additional daily premium of EUR 5.
1) Citizens of EU countries (including nationals from Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein) are required to have a National Driving License

3) For drivers from all other countries, both National and International Licenses are accepted.
To complete the car rental process, it is essential to provide original identification documents upon receiving the vehicle (for residents of Greece: valid driving license and ID card / for residents of other countries: valid driving license and passport). Please note that we do not accept photocopies or digital copies of these documents, such as photos on a mobile phone or emailed copies. Our company strictly adheres to this policy, and regrettably, we are unable to provide a car rental service or offer refunds if these original documents are not provided.

If you choose to pay in cash, please note that a credit card is necessary to secure the deposit amount. This deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the rental period, as long as the contractual terms have been adhered to.
Transport via ferry can only be arranged following prior consultation with our company.

4. Car pick-up/drop-off between 22:00 and 08:00: €15 charge.
5. Upon returning the car, we conduct a thorough inspection for any interior or exterior damage.
6. As long as the driver's age is less than 23 years or older than 75, compulsory insurance (Premium) applies at extra cost of €5 per day. In case you belong to one of these age groups, you should state this on the booking form and select the premium so that the extra cost is charged
Enjoy unlimited kilometers with your rental, for up to 4 days, allowing for 150 kilometers per day at no extra cost. For any additional kilometers, a fee of EUR 0.20 per kilometer will apply.
2) Third-Party Liability Insurance:
Your rental includes Third-Party Liability Insurance, fully compliant with current legal requirements.
3) 24-Hour Roadside Assistance:
Rest easy knowing that our 24-hour Roadside Assistance service is at your disposal during your rental period.
4) Taxes and Local Charges:
All applicable taxes are already included in your booking, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free experience.
5) Additional Drivers:
If you wish to add an extra driver, please declare them at the start of the rental. They must possess a valid driver's license and provide an ID card or passport (no photocopies accepted).
6) Pet Transportation:
If you plan to travel with pets, kindly inform us in advance. We can arrange a cover for the rear seats to ensure your furry companions' comfort during the journey.
BASIC COVERAGE - COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)
COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE - FULL DAMAGE WAIVER (FDW) - THEFT PROTECTION (TP)
The daily reservation fee can be increased based on the insurance option you select, offering you protection against additional charges in the event of damage.
Should an accident, fire, or the partial or total loss of the rented vehicle occur due to the renter's actions, there is an obligation to financially compensate the company for the damage incurred. Consequently, a damage waiver amount is held as a security deposit. If no damages occur during the rental period, this deposit is fully refunded to the customer upon lease termination.
In the unfortunate event of damage or an accident, it is imperative for the renter to promptly notify the rental company. In the case of an accident involving another vehicle, the renter must immediately contact the company to facilitate the involvement of Accident Care services and law enforcement, including Traffic police or the Police (at telephone number 100). The renter should also ensure that a breathalyzer test is conducted and reported. In the event of car theft, the renter is required to possess the car key. Failure to follow these procedures will render the FDW-TP insurance null and void, resulting in full liability for the damage. The same rules apply to CDW coverage.

The customer may incur charges for the following car damages (which are not covered by insurance unless resulting from an accident):
Damage to the radio antenna, ashtrays, and glove box; harm to the locks; key loss or damage; wiper breakage; missing jack; absent fuel tank cap; upholstery damage; incorrect or faulty fuel-related issues; child seat damage; electrical power loss due to forgotten devices; registration plate loss; car document loss; roof damage; extreme seat dirt or damage.
The rental company is not obligated to replace a flat tire, but we can arrange 24-hour roadside assistance.
The company bears no responsibility for damages or accidents caused by drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, deliberate harm, off-road driving, or violations of traffic laws.
Tire, rim, and vehicle underside damage is not covered by any insurance.
Co-drivers listed at the beginning of the rental agreement are also accountable.
Changes to your reservation can be made by phone. Please note that any changes may result in a new price calculation. This calculation depends on vehicle availability and the prevailing seasonal rates.
2. Early Return Policy:
If you return the car earlier than the scheduled reservation date, please be aware that no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused rental period.
3. Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made within 48 hours before the booking date, a 50% non-refundable fee will be charged. This policy applies specifically to bookings during Christmas, Easter, and the three summer months.
4. Delay Notification:
If you anticipate a delay in either picking up or returning the vehicle due to personal circumstances, kindly notify us as soon as possible.
